He is Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth‘s stuntman in the action-packed Thor films.   

And now Bobby Holland Hanton, 35, has revealed his workout secrets to getting buff before playing the Marvel hero on the big screen. 

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, Bobby revealed a number of surprising tips for getting a fit physique.

Bobby, who has worked as stuntman for UK stars Henry Cavill and Daniel Craig, said ‘not to weigh yourself’, and to try intermittent fasting.

‘Muscle weights more than fat, that is a fact,’ he said. 

‘It is how you feel and how you look in how you have changed your body. I would throw the scales out the window, they mean nothing,’ he added.

He went on to recommend only eating between 12pm and 8pm, allowing for an eight hour eating window.      

Bobby also had a focus on diet, with him saying it was important not to eat carbs in the morning and not to give in to sugar cravings. 

‘Eat healthy food if you want to lose weight fast, that is a great way. Try to eat something clean to kick start the day,’ he said.

Bobby, who appears as a trainer in the Hollywood star’s new fitness app, Centr, went on to say it was also important to set realistic goals.

Bobby went on to say that he encourages people to work out 20 minutes daily – with him saying everyone can find 20 minutes in a day.
