Following a day of lavish celebrations, including a one hour ceremony and a guest list spanning over 800 people, Princess Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank made their getaway in an Aston Martin DB10.
Eugenie was opened mouthed when she spotted the vehicle, it’s appearance had clearly been a surprise to the newly married princess.
She first spotted the Aston Martin when the newlyweds arrived at the Equerry’s entrance at Windsor Castle to say their goodbyes.

A helping hand: Prince Andrew had waited by the door for the couple. Jack and Beatrice both assisted Eugenie in getting into the car
A few minutes before they arrived, the Duke of York strode from the castle to watch the Royal Household’s transport manager Alex Garty arrive in the James Bond car and manoeuvre it into position.
Andrew joked he wanted it a few feet forward and quipped ‘no pressure’ as Mr Garty gingerly moved the car.
The loved up couple left Windsor in the silver Aston Martin, which had originally been made for the James Bond movie Spectre.

Eugenie’s father Prince Andrew waited by the door of Windsor Castle as the newlyweds embarked on their married life together.
Both Mr Brooksbank and Eugenie’s sister Beatrice had to hold her train as she climbed into the rare car, fit for any bond girl – or princess.
The pair spent a few minutes folding the yards of material into the Aston Martin before carefully shutting the door.
Mr Brooksbank took to the driving seat and let his new wife relax and wave to the crowds as they pulled away from Windsor Castle.
Eugenie’s parents and sister Princess Beatrice were not far behind trailing them in a Rolls Royce.
The display was the final show for the couple before they headed to their reception at York family home, Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park, following their fairy tale wedding.
The one of a kind car had previously been used in the James Bond Movie Spectre which had starred Daniel Craig as Mr Bond.

The car is fitted with a 4.7-litre V8 engine which develops around 500bhp and gives it a top speed of 190mph. It also has a carbon fibre body and the interior is made up of luxury leathers, carbon fibre and aluminium.
The royal family has a clear preference for Aston Martin’s as seen with Kate and William when they left their wedding in an open top dark blue Aston Martin DB6 MkII, which belonged to the Prince of Wales.
Kate and William’s car was decorated with red, white and blue streamers tied to the bonnet, rosettes on the windscreen and an ‘L’ learner plate on the front.

Trailing from the back were heart-shaped balloons and others bearing the initials ‘W’ for William and ‘C’ for Catherine, while a yellow rear number plate had been added that read: ‘JU5T WED’.
However, Jack and Eugenie kept it to the minimal and had no streamers or L plates on their getaway car.
Earlier this year Prince Harry and his new wife Meghan Markle also left Windsor Castle in glamourous car following their wedding. However, Harry and Meghan went for a Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero car to drive to their evening wedding reception, which was held at Frogmore House on the Windsor Estate.
