The following cases have been heard at magistrates courts in Lincolnshire:

Liam Nichols, 32, of Lazywood, Eaudyke Road, Friskney, Boston, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 40mph on the A52. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Barry Pearson, 72, of 42 Horbling Lane, Stickney, case proven for being the driver of a motor vehicle with a three-year-old in the rear of the vehicle who was not wearing a seatbelt. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Marcin Waldemar Pelyna, 31, of 43 Juniper Way, Sleaford, case proven for driving without insurance. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Jonathan Keith Reeve, 42, of 12 Windsor Avenue, Holbeach, Spalding, pleaded guilty to driving in excess of 30mph on the A151 and driving in excess of 30mph on West Marsh Road. He was fined £186, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Sarmiento, 36, of 31 Shaw Road, Boston, case proven for driving without insurance and without an MoT certificate. He was fined £770, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim surcharge to fund victim services of £77 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Ella Cerenkova, 31, of 53 Acacia Avenue, Spalding, pleaded guilty to theft of curtains to a value unknown belonging to B and M, possession of a driving licence not in your name for the use in the course of or in connection with fraud and willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. She was fined £300, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85.

Jonathan George Lincoln, 32, of 2 Rowan House, The Meadows, Spalding, pleaded guilty to theft of clothing to the value of £70 belonging to Peacocks. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £70 and costs of £85.

Craig Hancock, 31, of 35 Almond Walk, Boston, pleaded guilty to speaking to someone which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order and two counts of making contact via text message with someone which you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. He was given a community order for 12 months, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85.
